Après un contrôle sévère de conformité par la commission instituée par la tutelle et le Conseil d’Administration des Universités (CAU), la Professeure Dr. Marie-Thérèse Sombo, Ministre de l’enseignement Supérieur et Universitaire a signée le vendredi, 4 juillet 2025, un arrêté ministériel portant promotion du personnel scientifique des universités de la République Démocratique du Congo.
Sur plus de 160 enseignants promis à l’échelle nationale, l’Université de Goma, au Nord-Kivu a bénéficié de cinq promotions de son personnel scientifique. Il s’agit notamment des enseignants : AGANZE MIRINDI, BAGABO RICHARD, FAZILI MIHIGO, MUNDENGA MUTENDI, SEBURIRI SENDIHI, tous ont été élevés au grade de Chef des travaux.
Dans sa communication, le Ministère de l’Enseignement Supérieur et Universitaire (ESU) a porté à la connaissance de l’opinion publique et de la communauté académique la publication de l’Arrêté Ministériel n°037 du 04 juillet 2025, portant promotion du personnel scientifique des universités de la République Démocratique du Congo.
Cet arrêté a été officiellement signé et publié par Son Excellence Prof. Dr. SOMBO AYANNE SAFI MUKUNA Marie-Thérèse, Ministre de l’Enseignement Supérieur et Universitaire.
Ce document constitue une étape majeure dans la valorisation du mérite académique et la reconnaissance de l’excellence scientifique au sein des institutions universitaires publiques et privées du pays, indiqué la même communication.
Si l’Université de Goma, première Université officielle du Nord-Kivu, progresse sur le plan structurel, elle possède également, un nombre important du personnel scientifique qualifié.
Déjà, le 20 juin dernier, un assistant de la même Université avait décroché son doctorat en Économie Publique à l’Université de Dschang (Cameroun) en soutenant sa thèse dans le même domaine, un titre académique qui s’est ajouté à d’autres nouveaux doctorants que compte actuellement l’Unigom.
