Dans une dynamique de recherche de la Paix dans l’Est de la RDC, des représentants de six États se sont réunis ce mercredi 30 avril 2025 à Doha au Qatar. Il s’agit de la République Togolaise, des États-Unis d’Amérique, de la République Française, de l’État du Qatar, de la République Démocratique du Congo et de la République du Rwanda.
À l’issue des discussions, une Déclaration conjointe Concernant les efforts visant à soutenir la paix dans l’Est de la République Démocratique du Congo a été signée.
Selon la déclaration, les discussions ont porté sur les efforts déployés pour faire face à la situation dans l’Est de la République Démocratique du Congo, sur le dialogue en cours entre le Gouvernement de la République Démocratique du Congo et le mouvement Alliance Fleuve Congo /Mouvement du 23 mars (AFC/M23), ainsi que sur la situation humanitaire persistante dans la région, qui continue de nécessiter une réponse urgente, coordonnée et durable.
D’après le document rendu public, les Parties prenantes ont réaffirmé leur engagement commun en faveur de la paix, de la stabilité et du développement économique dans la région des Grands Lacs.
Ils ont également convenu de l’importance de s’attaquer, par le biais du dialogue, aux causes profondes des crises en cours et aux défis entravant la consolidation d’une paix durable dans la région, indiqué le même communiqué.
Cette rencontre fait suite à la réunion trilatérale tenue à Doha le 18 mars 2025 entre le Président Congolais Félix Tshisekedi du Congo, son homologue dela République du Rwanda, Paul Kagame et de l’Émir de l’État du Qatar et d’autres initiatives menées par les Parties prenantes.

At only 360 square feet, it’s one of the smaller rooms I’ve stayed in while in Vegas, but it was nevertheless

The space was previously Tiger Wok & Ramen. Caspian’s Lounge will have live music, but it’s not being built as an entertainment venue, we said appreciatively. At this point, it’s an empty box, no trace of the former showroom in sight.

It’s one of those places that you stumble across, not really expecting to have any fun, yet you do. One of my favorite places in Las Vegas is the cheesy (but fun) Cleopatra’s Barge. The specialty cocktails include the bar’s signature « Missing
Apostrophe. » The highball cart allows you to « Choose your
preferred spirit, flavor of Fever-Tree tonic or sparkling water,
plus fruit or herb garnish » to create your own specialty drink. Opened in 2021, you won’t find cheap Bud Lights here, as they specialize in harder-to-find bourbons and ryes and the like. What I do know is that this lounge has been a hit since it’s 2019 opening.
