Plus d’un mois après l’annonce faite par la première Ministre Congolaise, Judith SUMINWA TULUKA, le gouverneur militaire du Nord-Kivu vient de remettre officiellement, ce jeudi 8 août 2024, le don de la cheffe du gouvernement de la RDC aux 16 responsables des différents sites de déplacés de guerre.

Lors de son passage à Goma, au Nord-Kivu en date du 26 au 27 juin, la cheffe de l’exécutif Congolais avait annoncé un don de vivres et non-vivres en faveur des déplacés internes. Le retard lié à certaines formalités avant la livraison effective de la cargaison avait soulevé le soupçon du prétendu détournement. 

Et, « comme vous connaissez que ventre creux n’a point d’oreilles un moment ça soulevé des spéculations que le gouverneur militaire a détourné 115 tonnes de vivres. Mais, ça ne nous a pas beaucoup ébranlé parce qu’on savait qu’il y a un retard dû aux formalités, comme les formalités sont terminées, aujourd’hui, nous procédons à la remise de ces vivres », a indiqué le gouverneur militaire du Nord-Kivu.

Soulignons toutefois que, dans les 86,565 tonnes, il y a des sacs de farine de maïs, de haricots, du riz, du sucre, des bidons d’huiles et des savons destinés aux familles et ménages des 16 camps de déplacés de guerre de l’agression Rwandaise dans la partie orientale de la République Démocratique du Congo.
