Une victime enregistrée, des biens emportés et une importante somme d’argent braquée par un groupe d’hommes à main armée ce vendredi, le 20 juin 2025, dans la ville de Goma, capitale Provinciale du Nord-Kivu dans la Partie Est de la République Démocratique du Congo.
D’après les témoins sur place, un groupe d’hommes armés a pris d’assaut des cambistes, appelés communément « changeurs de monnaies », opérant au Rond-point Mutinga, dans la commune de Karimbi.
Ces assaillants ont ouvert le feu après avoir dérobé une importante somme d’argent ainsi que des téléphones portables. Des tirs ont été entendus, alors que les malfaiteurs prenaient la fuite, provoquant la panique parmi les passants.
Selon les témoignages recueillis, deux personnes seraient touchées par les balles des malfaiteurs qui se fraient la route. Cette attaque contre les opérateurs économiques, cambistes de Goma est intervenue au début des après-midi, un moment inattendu pour une telle attaque.
